Unflattering lines around the shoulders and biceps
With your arms relaxed at your sides, you notice lines running diagonally over the front of the shoulder and down across the bicep.
Solution
Use the upper arm width tool to reduce slightly the sleeve width, this will make the sleeve tighter around the bicep and it will also reduce the amount of lines around the shoulder.
Try reducing the upper arm width by 1 or 2 cm, depending on how many lines are showing.
Useful tip
If the shoulder width on the back of your made to measure shirt is too wide and/or the yoke seams hang off the end point of your shoulders, this may cause poor alignment of the shirt seams with your body and exaggerate any extra fabric or lines on the front of your shoulders.
Be sure to check also this detail and in case try using the shoulder width tool to decrease it slightly.
