Alteration and remake requests must be initiated within 30 days of when you receive your order and they must be addressed to support@dalbiondo.com After a remake request has been submitted please expect around four weeks for an updated shirt to be delivered. Each customer is entitled to one complimentary remake and on his first order with us. Exceptions can apply in case of an evident production mistake. Remakes are subject to fabric stock and availability. If a fabric is no longer in stock, an alternative of equal or lesser value may be selected. The goal of a remake is to find your perfect fit, you won’t be able to modify the options and personalization details selected with your order. If your body changes significantly after receiving your garment, we’re more than happy to help update your saved size. However, beyond your complimentary remake, Dalbiondo is not responsible for remaking shirts to fit your changing body size. We reserve the right to refuse the remake in case the alterations needed can be done by a local tailor. In this case, we will reimburse the tailoring expenses, as explained below. If you feel that your garment needs minor adjustments, you can come directly to our Show-room or you can go to your local tailor. We suggest that you consult with us before going to your local tailor, in order to better understand which alterations should be done in order to obtain the best result possible. When visiting your local tailor you should bring with you the alterations form that you we will provide you and give it to the tailor. The alterations noted on this form will be used to update the measurements on your profile. In order to request reimbursement for local tailoring expenses, a photo of the receipt must be furnished. We will reimburse you the amount spent at your local tailor (up to 75CHF) or the double of that amount, in the form of a voucher to be used for future orders.
