Shirt is too loose around the stomach / lower back
The shirt is too loose around the stomach and/or the lower back and puffs out around the waist.
One simple solution
Use the waist width tool and reduce the midsection width of the shirt.
Useful tip
Adding darts to the design of your shirt is a great way to reduce excess fabric around the waist.
Looking for a very slim waist section?
Remember that everybody’s stomach expands when sitting down and after eating, be sure to keep that in mind when reducing the midsection of your made to measure shirt.
Be also careful about reducing the waist width too much compared to the chest width: unless you have a very sporty and muscular build, a midsection width of more than 15cm below the chest width may cause an awkward draping of the fabric around the torso.
