How to measure your waist
With the help of a friend and measuring tape:
Standing, place the tape around the waist, approximately 22 cm below the armhole: normally that measurement will come up to the belly button and the hipbone.
This measurement can never be taken wearing a belt.
Stand relaxed and do not contract or over-expand your stomach.
Please remember that these measurements have to be taken tight fitting and always with a thin garment on: our algorithm will adapt them to your desired shirt fitting (classic, slim or super slim).
