How to measure your upper arm width
With the help of a friend and measuring tape:
Measure the arm’s outline from the widest part, approximately 8 cm below the armhole.
To take the measurement the arm has to be folded at a 90 degrees angle but not tense: no flexing, Mr. Olympia 😉
Please remember that these measurements have to be taken tight fitting and always with a thin garment on: our algorithm will adapt them to your desired shirt fitting (classic, slim or super slim).
